Privacy policy

NeonArena (neonarena.cc) is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@neonarena.cc.

• Account and order data: your email address, name (if you give one), order contents, amounts and order status.
• Payment data is entered on Shopier's secure page. We never see or store your card details; we only receive payment confirmation.
• If you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username and verified email address.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and security signals, used to prevent fraud and abuse (including Cloudflare Turnstile checks).
• Messages you send through the contact form, email, Discord or Telegram.

• To create and secure your account, verify your email, process and deliver orders, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations such as keeping sales records.
• With your consent only, we collect anonymous visit statistics. See our cookie policy.

• Only the service providers needed to run the store: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Shopier (payments), Cloudflare (security and analytics), our own mail server (email) and Discord (if you choose Discord sign-in). Some of these providers process data outside Turkey under their own safeguards.
• We never sell your personal data.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Security logs are kept for a short period.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you can ask whether we process your data, request a copy, correction or deletion, object to processing, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority. Email us to use any of these rights.
