Terms of service

By using neonarena.cc or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy.

We sell time-limited digital licenses (daily, weekly or monthly) for third-party software. A license is for personal use by the buyer and may not be resold or shared.

Software is developed by third parties. Features, compatibility and status can change when games update. The live status shown on each product reflects our best current information.

Using third-party software may violate the terms of service of the game it is used with and can lead to penalties on your game account. You use the products at your own risk. NeonArena is not liable for any action taken against your game accounts.

All prices are in Turkish lira (TL) and include applicable taxes. On the website you pay by debit or credit card through Shopier; an order is confirmed only when Shopier confirms the payment.

Payments by bank transfer or crypto (USDT, LTC, TRX) are made only through a ticket on our Discord server (discord.gg/neonarena).

Orders are delivered manually by our team after payment is confirmed, within 1 hour during support hours (every day 12:00 - 00:00, TRT). Orders placed outside support hours are delivered from 12:00 the next day.

Your product is sent to your email and appears in the Orders section of your account; for verified orders it can also be delivered through your Discord ticket. Your license period starts when the product is delivered to you.

Keep your login details private. Every sign-in and order requires email verification. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks or abuse.

Our staff will never ask for your password or account details. Our only official Telegram support accounts are @tnez_1 (Owner) and @deep4281 (Founder), and our only official address is neonarena.cc.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact@neonarena.cc or a ticket on discord.gg/neonarena.
